Need to find a space for your meeting, event, or program?
Student Government and the Dean of Students announce the launch of “Find a Space,” a new online tool to help student organization leaders find meeting, event and program space on campus. We understand that on our large campus it can be a daunting task to find the perfect place to hold an event or meeting, so we have worked together to create an online space database inclusive of both classrooms reserved by Student Activities, Department rooms, and special use spaces like the University Unions, Student Activities Center, Texas Performing Arts, and Recreational Sports.
- Search mechanism: minimum and maximum capacity, location on campus
- Filter: commonly requested items like (moveable chairs, stage and projector)
In addition, once a space is located the tool allows you to click on “details” to view images and contact information to assist you in making the reservation.
